I am 21 years old on a journey to be happy, fit & healthy. I started my journey on February 13, 2012, I was tired of being asked if I was pregnant, always being the "fat one" and not being able to go shopping and fit into clothes i've dreamed of wearing my whole life. I had enough. Since Feb 13 I have changed my entire lifestyle. I've started eating better, exercising consistently and just overall being more aware of what I put in my body. Today, July 6, 2012 I started Insanity. Follow me along my 2 months Insanity Adventure and through the rest of my journey!
