Followers will gain insight into what will be the future standard in regards to fitness assessment, muscular health, body shaping and sports performance. Coach Taro has been a personal trainer since 1999 and is currently the head of strength and conditioning at Openmat MMA. Coach Taro is a black belt in BJJ under Professor Elliott Bayev.
