Hello and welcome to my ASMR channel. 💜🌚🌟 ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. Which is the tingly sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the neck to the spine. ASMR is used to help others relax, relieve stress and anxiety, and to sleep easier. My channel is mainly focused on tapping, scratching, sound assortments, makeup/beauty haul style videos. Ive listened to ASMR for years and have always dreamed of putting together a channel where I could create my own ASMR.
