Zuneth Sattar is the Director of Xaviar Investments Limited, a successful property investment company with a strong focus on residential property investment for rental purposes. With an expanding portfolio of residential properties, Sattar also has a growing interest in commercial property for personal use, regeneration and rental purposes, with a strong focus on warehouses and commercial office buildings that are currently tenanted. The long-term goal for Xaviar Investments Limited is to move into property development. Sattar has recently acquired a property with planning permission and is beginning the development of a new block of flats on a nearby piece of land. This is Xaviar Investment Limited’s first property development project, the outcome of which will help shape the company in the years to come.
