There is SO much information out there on health, and a lot of it isn't backed by meaningful research or even reality. I have been Family Physician in Abilene Texas for over 25 years, and specialize in nutrition counseling and helping you be the best you by getting control of your health. I love to look at diets, calories, and meal plans and help people manage weight gain, gout, diabetes, heart disease, and a variety of other ailments that can occur when your body isn't getting the right nutrition.
