OREXI means APPETITE for cooking for travel for healthy living for friendship Our names are Valentina, Tasia & Angela. As Greeks, we learned how to cook from scratch by observing our mother, grandmother and aunts. Both of us, love to cook and create recipes that are simple to follow by using natural ingredients. Even though, we reside in two different countries, our cooking became our connection to our Greek roots. On this channel, we will be sharing authentic Greek & mediterranean recipes highlighting the value of the mediterranean diet through our foods and travels. Τα ονόματα μας είναι Βαλεντίνα, Τασία & Αγγελική. Μάθαμε να μαγειρεύουμε παρατηρώντας τη μητέρα μας, τη γιαγιά μας και τις θείες μας. Και στις δύο μας αρέσει να μαγειρεύουμε και να δημιουργούμε συνταγές που είναι απλές χρησιμοποιώντας κυρίως φυσικά συστατικά. Σε αυτό το κανάλι, θα μοιραζόμαστε κυρίως ελληνικές σπιτικές συνταγές γιατί θέλουμε όλος ο κόσμος να γνωρίσει την Ελλάδα μέσα από τα φαγητά και τα ταξίδια μας.
