Movement - Empowerment - Community At Bastet Dance Fitness we offer quality, professional instruction designed by dance and movement specialists in a small class environment. Besides sensual dance classes like Twerk and group fitness classes like Zumba, students of all ages and levels of experience also have opportunities to perform in our dance showcases. But Bastet is so much more than just a dance and fitness studio. We are a body positive, inclusive community (#bastetdancefam) who believe there are many reasons to workout that promote long-term health, rather than catering to heteronormative, patriarchal beauty standards. We joyfully support each other on our journeys towards health, strength, creativity, and empowerment of our whole selves.
