I'm a dad, school psychologist, gamer, and more. As a dad and a school psychologist (or school psych for short), I'm constantly learning new things about how to support kids. This channel is my attempt to help others be more aware of how they can be more mentally and physically healthy, whilst also providing some video game entertainment.
