My Mom is also uploading my GLUTEN FREE LUNCH IDEAS for I always have my allergy hive like everyday, especially when I eat chicken and seafoods, my allergies just started this year August 2022, trying my best eating clean diet, cause of allergies: check up for GP is still ongoing. Good news everyone, my allergies slowed down so I just get to eat low gluten diet still no chicken and seafoods for now, March 2023. An update today July 2023, allergies no more, but still be careful on what I eat while still enjoying the food, just lessen wheat, dairy, nuts, oats and stay away from molds.
