Jordan Wake is a freelance writer based in London. Contributing to Graduate Fashion Foundation, SHOWstudio and Boyfriend Magazine, amongst others. Reporting from New York, London and Paris fashion week, covering industry events and conducting interviews with designers and members of the press. In 2018, Jordan was appointed Personal Assistant to former Fashion Director of The Daily Telegraph and President of GFF Hilary Alexander OBE. During 2020 he launched an online column Queer and The Ciy that explores and discuses the experience’s of a gay man in his twenties navigating day-to-day life whilst living in the metropolitan city of London and working in the fashion industry. Alongside the column, he hosts the Queer and The City podcast show on Apples Podcasts and Spotify. Throughout the series Jordan interviews some of the key figures within the fashion industry, influential members of the LGBTQ+ community, and other innovators from around the world.
