Welcome to our YouTube Channel:) Ojas means the Vital Energy that rules our Immunity, Strength & Happiness. This channel is about 2 Ethical Vegan Soulmates who have been Vegans for 6+ Years. We are constantly trying to better & heal ourselves through Wholefoods Plant-Based eating. We are currently eating mostly Raw with 50% just Fruits. We try as much to incorporate the Daily dozen by Dr Michael Greger. From time to time, we also love to detox occasionally by being just on the Raw and Fruitarian Lifestyle.
