Hi! We're Anna and Josiah, wife and husband of 4 years! We google our way through whole-house DIY renovations & real estate investing. We buy old houses (all 100 years or older) and renovate them to be short-term rentals. We're on our third old house renovation and have two rentals, one STR in Luray, VA and one MTR in Baltimore, MD.
