Hi everybody! SaltyBalcony is a cooking recipes blog written by boyfriend and girlfriend team, João Pedro and Bárbara, but you can call us JP & Bi, okay? We lived in Portugal, Brazil, England and now we’re eating and cooking in Barcelona, Spain. Here we will share some easy and quick recipes, most of them vegetarian or avoiding processed/refined foods. We try to eat healthier as possible but we also schedule a “cheat day meal” on our week.
