JSCC remains firmly rooted in the communities we serve, consistently helping people of all generations acquire the education and workforce training needed to achieve their goals. Jefferson State serves approximately 15,000 students each year and is one of the largest community colleges in Alabama. We offer more than 120 university transfer programs, 33 career programs and numerous certificate programs at our four campuses in Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair and Chilton counties. In addition to these campuses, we have an extensive online presence to allow flexible learning from any location.
