I am saravanan, have created this channel to share my culinary knowledge and passion towards the food. I have gathered experience in 5 star deluxe hotels, french restaurant and luxury cruise liner around the world for 25 years.Expertised in modern European Cuisine, having sound knowledge of Indian and south Asian also Chinese cuisine. Currently working in the most iconic property of the London, Raffles owo at London as Executive sous chef, previously worked in the Dorchester London, Responsible of designing all the menus for the Restaurant and massive banquet, Bar . Came to London at 2005 and worked in Modern french Restaurant LA’ Aberge. Also worked in P&O cruise in Australia and New Zealand for 3 years, learning International Cuisine.
