This channel is about simple, tasty, authentic and healthy food right at your home. My name is Lina and I have been cooking for over 30 years - and counting. I grew up in a family that values good and healthy eating, and where food is pure joy to the senses. I have witnessed with my mother and grandmother how cooking can be one of the most creative and beautiful expressions of love, how nutrition goes way beyond filling the belly to replenishing the soul, and how food can be a communion with Nature's bounties. I dedicate this channel to everyone who chooses healthy eating as a way of life. I also dedicate it to all the women and men cooking daily, in silence, for their families and loved ones.
