Hey! I'm Sunny Shakhawala (SunShak for short). First and foremost I'm a family man: My wife (Hey Dia!) and immediate family mean the world to me. For work ($$), I manage a 45 unit Motel in Northeast NJ. I'm also building a real estate investment company as my side hustle. For fun, I do #basic stuff: CrossFit, NFLX, MoviePass, Travel, etc. When I'm not working or hanging with friends and fam, I spend considerable time educating myself on trying to be a better human. This page is for anyone who shares that ambition. I don't watch the news. I don't watch reality TV. I only watch sports when it's playoffs. I'm not concerned with trivial "stuff" that has little to no impact on my immediate circle and me. In an attempt to live a fuller & better life, I immerse myself in the study of real estate, personal finance, health, fitness, & philosophy.
