Update: June 20, 2018 I've been Vegan for over 2 and a half years. It was something I had been thinking about doing for quite awhile and a way of life that I feel has always spoken to my soul. I've decided to leave my channel up because I know it has helped and will continue to help people who struggle with weight loss. However I took the monetization off my channel almost 2 years ago. About ROCKY BARRAGAN I lost over 140 pounds, kept if off for several years all while just tweaking some of my favorite dishes to make them healthier.
