Hi. My name is Alina. I live in Australia.I went through a lot in my life, from gaining weight to having depression, anxiety, being financially broke... I was lucky enough to have my amazing mum and husband to support me through everything. I lost 18kg, fought my depression, learnt a lot about food I am putting in my body and learnt so-so much throughout my journey.
