"Food Painting" is a project designed to join "art and gastronomy" in a new concept. A team of professionals joined together with the purpose of developing and spreading art using as a tool a direct, participative, educational and especially visual gastronomy. The philosophy is digging into the origins of art and gastronomy down to the primal materials and using them to create contemporary art works". This original and exclusive notion of art and food pairing will consist in a performance or a special culinary workshop with artists, and recording the show/LAB with creative postproduction by another member of his team. The cooks prepare sauces and they will make the colors based on the development of textures, wine reductions, and otherl ocal seasonal food. Our goal is to enjoy the food, painting with her, playing and eating the final artwork.
