Being very grounded and practical he believes in the principle of having a target of improving 1% everyday. While being associated with numerous esteemed yoga schools and institutions in Rishikesh Uttarakhand, Prashant has taught more than 5,000 students around the globe. As an active member of yoga community he has also performed on International Yoga Day(MDNIY), AMITY University Noida, along with giving regular online sessions with BYJU , Any Time Fitness and later becoming official partner of decathlon sports India. The aim of this channel is to make our body healthy and fit with the help of yoga ,meditation, motivational post, fitness and funny post.
