Hello, Welcome to my channel 'Healthy living by Anu'. I strive to live a healthy lifestyle, and through this channel I would like to share some of the things I learned over the last several years. I'm a certified dietician and nutrition consultant and have a formal certification from India and the United States. I’m also certified yoga teacher. I like traveling and my recipes will be multicuisine. Through series of videos, I plan to share my recipes with all of you. Often, we wish to eat healthy foods, but not sure what to or how to make them in simple steps. The main motivation of this channel is to share healthy, tasty and at the same time simple-to-make recipes. I also intend to share recipes for kids especially beneficial for their growing years.
