My name is JaK Nelson, I am 25 and live in Newcastle, Australia. I am a PDHPE Teacher and have spent the last 6 years working within a fitness club and for Australia's largest health and supplementation store - ASN. My passions are health and fitness and teaching and learning and this is why ive wanted to release my own channel to help better and support anyone looking for information or to make a change within their routine or life. This channel is all about health, fitness, gym, nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle. I also want this channel (and associated social media sites) to become a forum and shared venture in which people can provide their stories, ideas and own methods to have featured within the video.
