About

I am the first wheelchair athlete on the United States National Karate Team. I became an incomplete paraplegic on August 13, 2013. I walked in for a spine surgery and rolled out 6 weeks later. Sometimes things happen and you have to learn how to adjust. Roll with the punches, so to speak. This channel was created to: A) allow me to monitor my progress in various activities; and B) to keep my family and friends updated on my shenanigans.
