Welcome to Aplus Fit where we are stronger together. On this channel, I will be breaking down complex workouts and providing instructional videos for the advanced to the beginners. I will also travel around Southern California to provide different communities with free workouts in the form of the Aplus Fit Challenge. The Aplus Fit challenge will consists of different functional fitness exercises in the form of friendly competition which will consist of team workouts and individuals (1vs1). The goal is to increase community awareness of fitness and to provide the opportunity for free fun workouts.
