Las Vegas Chefs Lorraine Moss & Louiie Victa talk with chefs about chef life in the ultimate 24 hour food town. It all started in honor of one of the best food culture ambassadors of all time, Anthony Bourdain. In his memory, they want to build a better sense of community among cooks, chefs, restaurant workers, and food lovers worldwide. Lorraine is an Emmy-nominated journalist who has straddled two careers as a TV Newscaster and Chef. She's cooked at the James Beard House and learned from some of the top chefs in the world. Louiie is an accomplished food photographer, chef, and world traveler. Her work has been featured in major publications and restaurants across the Las Vegas Strip and beyond.
