So you want to buy or sell a home, now what? We'll discuss the tools and information you need before, during and after the sale/purchase of your home by interviewing "experts in their fields". While I have a wide variety of experiences I feel it's necessary to "ask the experts" those questions you didn't know you needed to ask. My goal is to share the information/tools I have learned over the years via the experts I've met as a Realtor and homeowner. I've been a full-time Realtor since 2004, I was a ForSaleByOwner, I was a buyer/seller at the same time, I had a new construction home built, and I personally experienced the Short Sale process. I've worked with Veterans, 1st Time Buyers, Luxury Buyers/Sellers, Senior Citizens, Divorcees, people relocating, etc. Combining my personal and professional experiences along with the education from "experts in their fields" my goal is to equip you with the tools you need to make the best decisions for you (and your family).
