LB Kass's dance and gymnastics training spans nearly 35 years. LB Kass danced professionally for 5 years with the NBA's Phoenix Suns Dance Team. Most recently LB ran a division of Capezio/Ballet Makers Inc. called Frontline Dance, a hip-hop clothing and shoe company. Prior to running Frontline, LB was the Director of Capezio Marketing & External Affairs. After guiding the Frontline brand, LB Kass decided that she wanted to return to her roots as an instructor. Using her nearly 35 years of dance experience, LB Kass has now created Danzenergy Fitness™ which is gaining the attention of the fitness industry. LB Kass DANZENERGY is The energetic dance workout.
