Saatvik Rasoi is all about eating and living a Saatvik Life.As per Vedas, food is divided in three categories, in mode of Goodness, in mode of passion and in Mode of ignorance. the Food that is offered to supreme Lord and consumed is always considered to be in mode of Goodness. However, it is not recommended to use Meat and onion & garlic in the food offered to the lord. Hence in this page we will learn various Indian and international cuisines cooked without Onion & Garlic to be offered to the Lord and to be consumed as Prasadam.
