Well, hello there friends! I am so super excited to welcome you all to my channel where I can share a bit about fitness, food and mom life with you. My hubby and I are incredibly blessed with a beautiful little gal and her fur sister in beautiful So. California. Some crazy digestion issues led me to do some dr. google-ing and take a nutrition class. These have helped me totally upgrade my fit life to be focused on nutrition first, workouts second. A friend of mine introduced me to the idea that I could help other folks with all this knowledge and passion and even turn it into a pretty great side business for myself and my family. So, now, when I am not working for my marketing and design clients, I get to coach and help others with their fit journeys and meal plans too. How cool is that!?!?
