Alyse Black and John Blackman lead the Heart of Austin Homes Team, a boutique husband and wife real estate team at Keller Williams. We are tightly integrated with our community, volunteering on the PTA at our local school, working for the best interests of our neighborhood as members of our local homeowners’ association, and lending a hand at regular community service events. We aspire to help as many people as we can in South Austin and become strong advocates for our clients. Alyse was a local singer and songwriter in Austin for a decade and became a realtor to serve her community. She won the Keller Williams Rookie of the Year award and averages 25 transactions a year. John Blackman is a former software engineer and manager who started building homes in Austin in 2010. He has financed and developed over 50 single family homes in Austin since then and has now joined Alyse! Together we have three children, but they haven't joined the team yet! ;)
