My name is Joanna. I am an archaeologist and historian of art. I am mostly specialised in the field of early Christianity in Hiberno-Scotland and its links with the Coptic tradition. Yet, archaeology, art and mythology of the ancient world also lie within my wide range of interests and studies. I invite you to participate in online thematic archaeological excursions. We will have a unique opportunity to make a pilgrimage through unusual, well-known and less frequented places of Christianity, getting to know the Saints and Angels of the Roman Church and Oriental Orthodox Churches, along with the secrets of the Bible and Apocrypha. We will travel from the jagged shores of Ireland and Scotland to desert roads leading to mighty monasteries in Africa and the Middle East. Sometimes the road will lead us to the nooks and crannies of the ancient world, into the world of mythology and sacrum of many gods with different faces and secrets.
