I am a 50 Acre Homesteader & downsizing in the next year to a Condo while my adult kids take over managing the land. My brick-and-mortar Retail Gift Store featuring Gourmet Foods is in Salado, Texas “Wild Texas Cowgirl” & I sell On-Line at SaladoCreekFoods.Esty.com I began creating my food line in 1997. It started because I was traveling so much for my “real” job & my family wanted the same food when I was gone as when I was there. I had to figure out how to make mixes, kits etc. 4 products turned into over 400 & I am still creating my all natural products today. Most people read novels at bedtime to help them relax...I read cookbooks. I have a huge library & there is always a cookbook at my bedside. Sometimes I wake up in the AM & created a new recipe overnight in my subconscious. I know...strange. Join me on my journey at my store & my new home.
