Hi there! I'm your friendly neighborhood Japanese guy who posts everyday at about 8pm JST all about Japanese cooking! Each day, I find little hints and tricks that even Japanese people don't know about and make recipe videos! I used to be a nurse here in Japan and I've studied in Australia and New Zealand. When I go overseas, I'm always a little taken aback by how popular Japanese food is, and sadly, by how... not Japanese it transforms into. I wanted everyone to be able to make Authentic Japanese cuisine, right at home! So please, if you no nothing about Japanese cooking, love it, or just have a slight interest, watch along as each day I make something here on AJ Kitchen Paper! But maybe don't watch if you are hungry, this might turn into some special form of food torture for you!
