I am paralyzed from a massive stroke in April of 2008; but, I consider myself blessed every day with the opportunity to “learn" April 13, 2008; I was hit with a massive stroke that entirely wiped-out my right-hemisphere brain. The left-hemisphere works, but the “right” is gone forever. I was given 30 days to live. Well that prognosis did not happen, thankfully. My vision was messed-up for quite a while; kind of like looking through a film of milk, just indistinct & my scanning filter would not work so I could not read or tell time. After 6 months or so I got my vision back, and even my scanning filter; I could read again. It’s taken a few years, but I am living now; & living what I consider “abundant life”; I have been given “real meaning” by our Lord & the task to learn more of Christ’s “Kingdom”. channel created Feb. 2007.
