In July 2016 our family stumbled upon one of nature's most brutal fights for survival - a tarantula hawk stinging a tarantula. It was the monsoon season in Tucson, Arizona and it had just rained. We were on our way to a wash near our house to see the water running. Chloe noticed the tarantula first, then we all saw what was happening. Chloe knew all about tarantula hawks because after one flew into our house one day, she looked up everything she could find about the creature that made her and her mom scream like babies. Chloe's dad immediately started filming and the rest is frozen in YouTube history. Facts: - Chloe was 8 when this was filmed. - We weren't filming for YouTube, we were filming for us. - Chloe was a huge fan of Coyote Peterson - duh. - We're so thankful for the positive, encouraging comments.
