In addition to, he is the founder of the Kenny Rushing School of Real Estate Investing offering real estate investing education to aspiring students. In August 2000, Kenny started his first real estate company First Time Development, Inc with a goal to rebuild inner city communities by acquiring distressed homes to renovate and re -sell to first time home buyers at affordable prices. In 2013, Kenny added the Rehabber’s Superstore and quickly gained prominence in the Tampa Bay market as prominent real estate brand. With his catchy television and radio commercials coupled with his mass marketing brilliance Kenny bought and sold more than 1,000 homes and participate in over $100+ million dollars in real estate transactions. Kenny is an active investor, author, speaker, educator, and civic leader who resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife Monyetta and kids.
